Thanks all for your input. I will try to install software without adding repos...but :
When there are some dedicated repos (skype has one for fedora) would it be less dangerous to proceed? I am a linux enthousiast with no real tech competences... I am a serial-installer i.e. I install a new distro every week (favorite being Fedora). I often get the feeling that its all the same at the end of the day. But Moblin as brought something new and that has a vision. So while I cannot contribute to actually compile things or fix bugs, I'll be happy to throw my suggestions on this list and contribute 2009/5/22 Marcus Mae <[email protected]> > Hi, > > Sure!
