Defining new preferred applications should create that file.

That's because your session D-Bus can't file the .service provided by
Bickley and Mojito. I've just added a small configuration file so my
session bus can find the necessary bits.

$ cat /etc/dbus-1/session-local.conf
<busconfig>

<servicedir>/home/damien/jhbuild/moblin2/install/share/dbus-1/services</servicedir>
</busconfig>
