Hi.

In order to play those stream you need the hostname, port and mount
point. Depends if the stations are running icecast or shoutcast. For
ex. you can add this to your rhythmbox:

http://host.name.com:8000/live

This would be an icecast server running on port 8000 with the mount
point /live. For shoutcast server the mount point is just /. But
beware, even if you add a radio station, depends on what format they
play, because if they play on mp3 you need the codecs.
