Try it. It's not at all intuitive. I agree with Leonardo - Moblin's Bluetooth UI could really improve matters. It should be the only place a user needs to go to configure these options. Perhaps an "Advanced.." button or tab that lets you toggle visibility and launch the file sharing dialog? A typical user is not going to be able to figure it out as it's currently implemented.
