I'm reworking the tests now
all the stuff related to configuration was radically different, I don't know if early m2 was so different.
after changing the annotations and way of configuring the plugin, it seems ready for testing.
I want to take advantage of the test code too.
On the other hand, the the plugin would probably end up calling an external program, I don't thing none of that has changed, so the core functinoallity is probably usable.
there are interesting functionalities like translating pom deps to deb deps.
I hope to get this plugin to work and submit a patch for it soon.

Probably correct, it seems that I wrote that stuff almost two years ago
(20 months ago according to viewcvs).

Unless Miguel find that is actually usable (I don't remember how far I
got with it) I say that it should be dumped.
