To be honest we've talked about making a appassemble:pack goal to make it super
easy to create apps, alternatively a way to generate a stub assembly descriptor
so we just might do this.
For simple apps I tend to just prefix the command line with bash so I don't
have to call chmod target/appassembler/bin/* all the time.
