I'm working on the cobertura side to fix the cobertura.ser relocation bug.
I have already commit'd a set of patches that correct this situation.
I'd love to get a SNAPSHOT repo up for cobertura, but there's very
little interest in that on the cobertura side. ;-/

I believe that the new cobertura codebase + rollback of the
cobertura.ser movement hack on the plugin side is the answer.
