now that we are planning to change plugin build extention to jar ( from zip) we
cannot keep the same packaging any more.
So multi build lifecycles are the way to go.
But we still keep the feature extension of zip right? change it to jar will
break current build big time.
But still watch out for reactor build, i dont see it is fixed in mvn 2.0.6
release note, unfortunately i dont have jira number with me
