I think, I already created the component in the MOJO project in Jira.
Some MOJO projects have their own Jira but it's not always the case.
Maven 2.x Castor
Plugin<http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/project/ViewProject.jspa?pid=11191>
Maven 2.x Clirr
Plugin<http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/project/ViewProject.jspa?pid=11227>
Maven 2.x Cobertura Plugin
<http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/project/ViewProject.jspa?pid=11226>
Maven 2.x Commons-attributes
Plugin<http://jira.codehaus.org/secure/project/ViewProject.jspa?pid=11213>
....
I don't know what is the rule to have your own Jira project.
I someone can confirm to me that it is possible for this plugin, I can
create the project in Jira.
