There is an issue with the maven 2 repositories where some of the
xmlbeans pom file groupId's do not match the location of the files.
Unfortunately I am referencing those artifacts in the xmlbeans plugins,
so this broke the 2.2.0 and 2.3.0 releases of the codehaus plugin.
Please cast a much-needed vote to release 2.2.1 and 2.3.1 to correct
this issue for both versions...
