[mojo-dev] [vote] releasing rpm-maven-plugin 1.0-beta-1

I have done some changes to the rpm-maven-plugin to support %install  
and %clean elements in the rpm spec file.
It has now in my view reached "feature complete" for production  
environment, and should be released as a firts beta, and be graduated  
out of the sandbox at the same time

So anyways i open the vote with my +1
