[mojo-dev] [vote]RPM Plugin 2.0-beta-1

Since Kaare assures me that there are a number of people using the plugin, 
it may be time to release a beta version and move the plugin out of the 
sandbox.  The only changes made since the snapshot Kaare published is to 
correct the plugin version to avoid conflicts with the Maven 1 RPM plugin, 
adjust the parent project to be the sandbox parent, and correct style 
issues.  I believe at this point the plugin is ready to graduate from the 
sandbox, based on the information in the Mojo development notes.

Here's my +1 to get things going.
