-----------------------------------
Attachment: MWEBSTART-59-patch.diff
This patch fixes the described issue. Subfolders and their contents should now
be copied to the output-directory properly.
The patch is based on the maven-webstart-plugin, version 1.0-alpha-2-SNAPSHOT,
revision 5622.

> Using the JnlpDownloadServlet, subfolders and their contents are not copied
> from the work-directory to the output-directory. For example, if there is a
> subfolder "images" within the work-directory containing an icon (which has
> been copied from src/main/jnlp/resources/), the JnlpDownloadServlet treats
> the folder as a file and throws an exception.
> The JnlpDownloadServlet should copy any subfolders and their content to the
> output-directory.
