We have developped a new Mojo quite similar to the maven-changes-plugin.
Instead of using an xml file we are parsing the logs from subversion to
produce a changelog report.
It has been used internally at France Telecom (Orange now) and we would like
to release it as open source on Codehaus.
We have tried to add it to the maven-changes-plugin (
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MCHANGES-78) but they think it is too
different from thier mojo to b packaged with it;
