Thanks for the pointer but my intent was not to show the SVN commits. I
would like to show a user-friendly release history and at least I would not
call something like [0] "user-friendly", it's just to technical for the
use-case I have in mind (normal users don't care if I a refactored stuff to
eliminate code duplications, so this shouldn't show up).
So I still thinks its either a direkt hyperlink to JIRA's "Change Log" view
or the maven-changes-plugin to choose from.
Seems like I had a small brain fart there, I was thinking of the
"changes" plugin instead of the "changelog". I would like to get the
changes plugin to be able to update a local "changes.xml" (I don't add
features to jira just to resolve them myself).
Anyway, I'll take your response as a first hint that there are no
general objections about including a release history on the site.
