When running FindBugs without configuration options defined, default Threshold
and Effort values are used.
When viewing the resultant report, the Threshold value indicates that Low was
used.
This behaviour differs from the original FindBugs program, see
http://findbugs.sourceforge.net/manual/installing.html#commandLineOptions

Report medium and high priority bugs. This is the default setting.
