Folks, I've been working on the Sysdeo-Tomcat integration with Maven 2 and I
think its time for a new release.

The major changes in this release are
- code cleanup and sync with the eclipse plugin, to discover dependencies
available as project in eclipse workspace
- support for m2eclipse classpath container
- no requirement to configure the eclipse plugin with tomcat nature anymore
- support for test-jar dependencies as eclipse projects (configure devloader
to target/test-classes)
- improve support for eclipse workspace refresh, to force the devloader to
reload it's configuration
