The usual "usage.html" [0] is quite empty and not saying much so I wonder whether it would be more helpful to users to just copy the "examples/typical-usage.html" into the usage page and delete the example page, i.e. merge these two documents into one.
Would it be possible to add a link or some instructions to the "Prerequisites" section on how to actually get the "sqlj artifact"?
