@David: some details on our situation: we use maven-hibernate to generate
sources, but we also have a second step of filtering these generated files. i
attached the relevant parts of the pom.xml ( maven-hibernate.pom.xml ) . i
understand this is not the vanilla-usecase, and i really agree we need to put
<compileSourceRoot>false</compileSourceRoot> in our configuration, but
currently overriding is not possible.
