Buildnumber can't get revision information if run within a IDE like Eclipse or
NetBeans
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: MOJO-1289
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MOJO-1289
Project: Mojo
Issue Type: Bug
Components: buildnumber
Environment: Mac OS X 10.5, Java 1.6, Maven 2.0.9, Eclipse 3.4,
NetBeans 6.5
Reporter: Timo Meinen
Hello,
the buildnumber-plugin works fine from a shell, but it doesn't work when
executed from Eclipse or NetBeans. I get this error:
Command output:
/bin/sh: svn: command not found
------------------------------------------------------------------------
[ERROR]BUILD ERROR
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Cannot get the revision information from the scm repository :
Error!
Maybe the environment is not set correctly, so that the plugin cannot find the
svn-executable. Can I configure the absolute SVN Path to the plugin?
Best regards
Timo Meinen
