Cool, keep going. Just a heads-up: I am currently having a closer look at the applied changes and are likely to rename the new Invocation class because I feel its name is misleading. We can have zero or multiple Maven invocations per project directory and the Invocation class describes the whole process of pre-build hook, Maven invocations and post-build, not just a single Maven invocation. For this reason, I am in favor of something more general, like BuildJob.
