when using quiet=true check plugin doesn't print anything, even errors

When I set quiet=true cobertura stops printing anything.
When I do check goal I'm informed that build failed, but I don't get
information what was the error about (e.g. that lilne coverage is < 10%), when
I set quiet=false then I get this information (and it's in ERROR level, so
should be visible even with quiet=true)
