Life is more complicated if you are running Eclipse on a Macintosh, and working
with GWT source rather than release jars. In that case you will need to make
sure that -XstartOnFirstThread is not in your launch config arguments, and you

1. the plugin can be used to setup a custom GWT SDK installation, but using GWT
source is off topic - if you're a GWT developper you will have to setup your
environment by yourself - or make GWT more maven compliant ;)
2. can't have yet another mac-libs artifact just to address the "remove the SWT

If I understand well the doc, using the (compiled) GWT SDK, the
-XstartOnFirstThread is needed. Can you confirm ?
