I am using the GWT distribution and not the sources. Maybe the docs are
misleading. However GWT 2.0 (OOPHM) doesn't work with -XstartOnFirstThread
anymore. That launch argument seems to be required for previous version only.
But it is hard coded in the plugin sources.
