For some reason in jdk 1.6 deployments, the jdk defaults back to using the 1.5
tools.jar even if the 1.6 tools.jar is on the classpath. The solution to this
problem appears to be adding the proper tools.jar to the classpath of the mojo
directly at runtime. This issue might be fixed in future 1.6 deployments.
