The plugin calculates all packages (packages can be added or removed), so for
now the parameter has been removed.
The {{maven-javadoc-plugin}} has a comparable mechanism to collect the packages.
Closing it as {{Won't fix}} because it is not an issue anymore due to a
different solution.
