I noticed the {{missingSinces.txt}} too, but {{jdiff:jdiff}} is a report
generating goal, so I don't think we should mix it with verifying options.
Such an option should be added to the {{javadoc-maven-plugin}}, which already
has a {{failOnError}}-option and if MJAVADOC-314 is resolved a
{{failOnWarning}}-option too.
