No problem. Just waste. Bandwidth, storage, disk IO, electricity, etc. Reality is that snapshots are only going to be used in the case Baptiste originally mentioned: You tell someone to use it. At which point it's straight forward to deploy the specific version that you actually need them to look at.
It might help to clarify the scope, I guess. Just Mojo plugins? All codehaus artifacts? What exactly? If it's just Mojo plugins, I guess it couldn't hurt (150 or so total?), and would get used more than the usual minimum amount. Still not a particularly pointed exercise, though IMO.
