If the property is enabled we loop on all properties defining a version and we update it to the candidate if (and only if) all related dependencies are defined by the remote pom and with the same version. If the remote pom defines mismatch version or if at least one dependency is not known, the property is not updated. Does not do anything (yet?) in report mode.
