Hi Jörg,
Hi Karl-Heinz,

> Hi there,

I just wanted to release my first OSS project module with
flatten-maven-plugin.
Now I figured out that OSSHR nexus is preventing the release with this
message:
Invalid POM: /net/sf/m-m-m/mmm-util-core/4.0.0/mmm-util-core-4.0.0.pom:
Project name missing, Project description missing, Project URL missing,
SCM URL missing, Developer information missing

I kept some of these informations but removed them after suggestions
from Robert.
When did you suggested this?
I do not want any finger-pointing and I did not suggested this from my wisdom foreseeing this trouble before. It was just on incidence that I had most of these required attributes in before...
So what I was talking about is this discussion:

So when a pom file is published on OSS nexus...and later synced to central i think it should contain those informations...

Is OSSHR nexus wrong and should be fixed?
I don't think so...it's just a quality gate to check a pom file which should contains basic information to hold a basic quality of artifacts in central. In earlier days that had cause many headaches...

OK. I already guessed it :)

Or is flatten-maven-plugin wrong or should at least offer an option to
keep "OSS/project development info"?

Sounds like so. I would suggest to make such option which leads to true by default.
I will add such option. For the default I would like to hear Roberts opinion as well...

Kind regards

Thanks & regards
