For what I can see, the wrong value is set previously to the execution of synchronizeFileSystem. Please, let me do some additional tests, and tonight I will send you a new patch. Add Comment   Mojo's Sonar Maven Plugin / MSONAR-75 Ignore "sonar.sources" and "sonar.tests" on projects with packaging=pom When wanting to use the multi-language feature (see SQ 4.2) on Maven projects, it would make sense to simply set "sonar.sources=src" on the root module of multi-modules Maven projects to benefit from this feature on all modules. When doing that we're currently getting an error from SonarQube because this src directory doesn't exist in the root module....
