thanks for double checking. According to my logs there was a certificate error - this JSSE thing and keystore hacking in JVM is painful as I have tons of JVMs on my machine....
Fixed. Hope this did not disturb the vote process...But according to the site actually nothing changed other than the version number and publication date as we only did bugfixes. After all the process would be more clean if the site would be updated after the vote passed and the release is staged. But that is just for the record. Sorry for my mistake anyway.
