Are you using javahl as well?  I couldn't get a binary version of the
jar and the build file from the source had several issues (including
lacking a jar command.)  I moved to jsvn after reading something on
the subversion site about jsvn being the most complete java svn
implementation.

I think I have it working now but I'm doing a few more tests.
