Sorry to not respond to the idea. I was in a hurry to get the change
done and only read that I left RC2 in the build and just now came
back to the email.
I made the change.
I like the idea of changing the build so that the extension can be
set by ant command line.
We can also manually change the RC3 build to 1.1.1 if we decide to do
that right?

Suggestion: We leave it as 1.1.1 and manually (for now) add RC3

resulting bundles. This way the same EXACT build can be retagged as
final if we vote +1. Make sense?
Sometime in the near future I will add a tweak to the build so that
you can optionally add the suffix through ant.
