Hmmm. I can't help you w/ the port 8080 part. I have had different problems
w/ s1as. I did the bulk deploy command and memory usage went up and up as each
war file was deployed. This put the total system memory usage up to more than
750 MBs and s1as crashed. I added 256 MBs to the machine and all is well now.

I have only ran the tests so far on the RI, because I wanted to go through it
once against something I know would work. However, I cannot get the suite to
"bless" the RI. So let me know what you are doing w/ the "exclude list" that
the documentation refers to.

Also, I have been sticking close to the pdf documentation. Do you think the
ant command in section 4.3 is a typo ? I hope so because I cannot locate an
ant target by the name of "package" .

For Myfaces, I did the following:

1.)Checked out https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/myfaces/core/branches/1_1_2
into D:\co\myFaces_release
2.)Checked out https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/myfaces/shared/trunk into
D:\co\myfaces-shared
3.)cd D:\co\myfaces-shared
4.)“mvn install” runs fine with no errors.
5.)Cd D:\co\myFaces_release
6.)“mvn install” has a build error.
7.)Changed the following in JavaScriptDetectorFilter.java

- JavascriptUtils.setJavascriptDetected(externalContext, true);
+ JavascriptUtils.setJavascriptDetected(request.getSession(true), true);

8.)     “mvn install” build successfully
