[VOTE] Move s:form to tomahawk

Hi devs,

for the client-side validation extensions in tomahawk, we'd need an extended form in tomahawk. Now we only have one in sandbox, but it has been around there for a while and is pretty stable. Would it be ok to move it over, as soon as I took care of the documentation for it? (I'll do this during the 72 hours of the vote, just want to start the vote right now so that I don't delay Cagatay)
