Well, let's not make this more sinister than it is. There have been
cases in the past where a tomahawk component could not function
without "help" from the JSF implementation. These are the cases
where something might be marked as incompatible with other
implementations.
A component that doesn't work with both implementations is simply broken. Instead of relying on "help" from a JSF implementation, it should be redesigned to include its own help.
