ok I did a preliminary fix, but before committing I need testers:

contains a war file with the latest jars of tomahawk and myfaces, please guys
give the new positioning code a testrun.
What I did was basically to crossport the dojo position calculation into this
component, now it should hopefully work, first tests indicated excellent results
even the scroller calculation worked perfectly.
