The <tr:inputDate> tag results in a "Page not found" when clicking on the
calendar icon, depending on the JSF page servlet mapping used:
/faces/* mapping: works OK
*.faces mapping: no pop-up, no exception, not OK
*.jsf mapping: page not found, not OK
