InputCalendar references a message from a MyFaces property file (Does not work 
when being used with Sun RI)

The HtmlCalendarRenderer references
"org.apache.myfaces.calendar.CONVERSION"
from MyFaces's messages.properties.
If Tomahawk is used with Sun's JSF RI instead of MyFaces, then the message 
can't be resolved and this key is the only message you see on screen.
