Add debug maven profile for myfaces archetypes when using jetty

It could be good to add a maven profile (usually activated by -PjettyConfig) to
all myfaces archetypes that activate trace logging on myfaces packages and log
to a file. In this way, users can see logging information just typing mvn
-PjettyConfig jetty:run, making easier debug errors.
