Hi Leonard, thank you for comprehensive comments.
For me, the first proposed solution doesn't work, I was actually changing
ui:include src dynamically:
<ui:include src="#{template.name}.xhtml" />
But second one (ui:decorate) is working for me (and works also in Mojarra).
