I also poked around the myfaces-builder plugin snapshot, and version 1.0.11-SNAPSHOT is from 2016: https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/myfaces/buildtools/myfaces-builder-plugin/1.0.11-SNAPSHOT/
It doesn't include your latest changes to use the Jakarta namespace, and that's causing failures in the 3.0 build.
