Hi,

+1 binding

I checked:
- name catering incubating
- signatures and hashes correct
- DISCLAIMERs exist
- LICENSE and NOTICE correct
- no unexpected binary files
- all apache source code has apache headers
- managed (after a little trouble) to compile from the source release

One thing people are going to have trouble with:
The instruction need improving the README points to [1] which has:
"You do not need to download source code and build the newt tool for this
project. You will simply use the available executable instead.”

Which is not much help if you only have the source release :-) IMO should point
to instructions on how the build from the source release or better still have
the instructions in the README as they can change from release to release.

Having a script that moved things to the right place would probably help.

But this is the first release and there’s always room to improve in later
releases.

One very minor thing usually each RC is named slightly differently -rc1, -rc2
etc etc (or in this case -b1, -b2, etc etc) so it easy to distinguish between
them, there’s no caching issues or the like. Basically one less thing that
could go wrong :-)

BTW Did anyone test the release build on a real board?

Thanks,
Justin
