Hello Myriad Community,
As we prepare for the first Myriad release, here is the status quo and
actions required from all of us.
**PRs**
8 PRS outstanding: 5 to mesos/myriad + 3 to apache/incubator-myriad
* Action(s) Required *
1. We REALLY need to expedite reviews and conclusions on the outstanding
PRs.
Appreciate any help reviewing/committing the PRs.
2. We will be cutting a RC from apache/incubator-myriad. Thus, at the least,
all the current PRs targeted to mesos/myriad need to either be merged
into
apache git or should become PRs against apache git.
**JIRAs**
Here is the current list of JIRAs with "Fix Version" set to myriad-0.1.0:

1. There are some JIRAs related to Apache licensing, copyright, changing
com.ebay namespace to org.apache. These are blockers for the release.
Any volunteers to take them up?
2. If there are JIRAs in this list that can be moved out,
please remove the "Fix Version" or send a message to dev@..
3. If there are JIRAs that are not in this list, but should be targeted to
myriad-0.1.0,
please add the "Fix Version" or send a message to dev@.
**Apache INFRA**
* Action(s) Required: From Mentors/IPMC members *
1. INFRA ticket to create a "myriad" folder under
"dev": https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/
"release": https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/
2. INFRA ticket to have Nexus access for myriad in order to
publish release artificats to
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories
(Not sure if this is needed for the 0.1.0 release or not)
