Happy to help with this; I have available time on Wednesday/Thursday to
pitch in. Between myself, Jake, and Chris we've all worked with
Middleman CMS for Apache sites so I'd suggest that we go that route
again to manage the website.

My personal preference is to publish documentation to the website,
similar to how we manage them for both Mesos and Aurora already --
pulled from source and published to the website. This tends to drive and
keep traffic on the project website. But if this creates overhead and
we'd like to simplify things we could potentially go the route of
readthedocs.
