Yes. The thing about #1 is that it will require fairly substantial
preparation. #2 offers more immediate (relatively speaking) benefit.
Furthermore, the two are not mutually exclusive.  The fact is that SO is
a proprietary product, and the making of that substantially determines
the making of OOo.

Yes. I think the idea is to form a group of representatives of the NLC
leads.
