Okay. your proposal is very interesting and it's an honor to welcome
Armenian among the Native-Lang projects. 
What you now need to do is this:
-provide us with the project lead's username on openoffice.org
-register yourself to http://native-lang.openoffice.org
-confirm that the domain name for armenian should be "hy".

I'll then file the issue and Louis, our community manager  will set you
up.

+1 for the Armenian NL project!
