And what I see is really disappointed for the francophone documentation team :( What I can read on your site is that this is the place for the OOo Francophone documentation project !!!

That's not true.

Copy/paste from your site, Francophone part :
"Ceci est le site de développement pour la documentation de OpenOffice.org (OOo)." translated by BabelFish "This is the site of development for the documentation of OpenOffice.org (OOo)."

Agnes never said that. A while ago someone asked, and
we said "no". We said that Agnes simply wanted to translate some chapters because she liked them (and to give them to her parents) and she just put them there. I happen to know that Agnes doesn't want this fr folder to grow into something big because she's just doing it for fun and she doesn't want the pressure of being in a big project.

You do what you want, I don't care, just don't tell that this is the OOo documentation project.

Now, wouldn't it have been better to say something before instead of waiting? Why don't you suggest a wording that conveys that this is not the fr documentation project and has no connection to it? I'm sure Agnes will be happy to do that.

Didn't see your site before, have no time to do it. Suggesting a wording ??? Do you want me to work for OOoAuthors now !!!! You are responsible of what is in your site, so please word it in a way that respect the work done by others.

Send an email to Agnes and CC to me. Ok?

Why private e-mail and for what ?.

I'm really tired to see how you come to take our volunteers

How many volunteers have we taken from the fr project? The answer is 0.

But you've tried, this is enough, just ask Jane, the fr member have forward me her mail because he doesn't know what to do...

Again and for the last time I hope, OOoAuthors is not the OOo documentation project,

You mean, for the *first* time, since you didn't express a problem before. The OOoAuthors English project (the one I know best) is working together with the documentation project. And my undersanding is that others are all working with the respective NL projects except for Agnes who only wants to translate chapters alone simply because she enjoys translating chapters. She has made zero attempt to draw anyone away from the FR NL project. I know that for fact.

together ??? are you working on the install guide currently which is the priority if we want it to ship with OOo ?

Again, if you had a problem, you should have said something earlier, and not waited for it to become a big issue. That's just a bad way to do things. You would have found that Agnes has no intention of making her folder look like the fr documentation project.

Do you think that I have the time to control all what you do and say ? You're claiming that you're a community member, in that way you should be aware of how to behave in the community. And in that way I shouldn't have to care about what is on your site because you should be trustable. This is how a community is : you have confidence with people you're working with, I know that this is not your case and this is how you are also.

Well, in any event. Instead of arguing, how about we write a wording for the intro page to the Authors fr that you are happy with?

Again I don't care of what you do, this is your site and your project.
Just don't say that you are a OOo project and that you are the development site for the francophone OOo documentations project, because this is not true.

Sophie
