Yes, it is always a good thing to have a dedicated team. There is an ongoing effort to jumpstart Urdu localization, but no decisions have been made as yet as to what applications to focus on. OpenOffice is a definite possibility. Khurram, you may wish to think this over, but for Oriya, due to the lack of manpower I preferred to start with a localization (l10n.openoffice.org) project. I would suggest starting with a level 1 native-lang project rather than jumping to level 2. > Gora initially focuses on Oriya Language, not Urdu. I am talking to Khurram and other people off-list to see if there is enough interest to start an active project. As things are still fresh in my mind, I can volunteer to do the initial technical setup work needed, but I cannot take part in actual Urdu translation due to not knowing the script, and being fully occupied with Oriya.
